Our First Year Orientation is an opportunity for students to come explore campus, connect with other students, meet staff members, and prepare for the fall semester. It is a great opportunity to learn about campus resources and will make for a smoother transition when you arrive on campus!
Our July 14th First Year Orientation will also serve as our Tool Day for the Automotive Collision, Automotive, Technology, and Diesel Technology programs. Tool Vendors will be set up in our Career Education Building from 12-4PM for students to compare the various brands of tools. Representatives from MAC Tools, Snap-On, and potentially other vendors will be present. Most tool vendors allow students a discount, so we recommend talking with a tool vendor prior to making your investment in tools. We highly recommend having your financial aid completed prior to attending Tool Day. If you are not able to make it to Tool Day, please contact us at admissions@iowacentral.edu and we will get you the vendor contact information.
